If any of the items you order online are out of stock, we will automatically backorder them for you. You can check on the availability or status of your order anytime, we are available to assist you six days a week, Monday--Friday from 9am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 10am to 2pm (Central Time Zone). All charges are usually taken from your account within 24-48 hours. Please note that your credit card statements will be billed from Frida Fashions through PayPal.
Exchanged / Return Policy / Notice Left
The artisans work hard to produce a high-quality and well-designed product, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Frida Fashions accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt. Exceptions are cut fabric, books, videos, CDs & custom made-to-order items. However, we must be notified by email, prior to the return, to get a return number. All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer and all refunded fees by crediters. Merchandise returned for exchange for reasons other than damage is subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. Merchandise return due to failure to pick up from the post office will also be subject a 30% re-stocking fee. (The post office will have proof a package pickup notice slips which would be provided to the sender.) (Note: Artisan's fee can be up to 60% non-returnable).
Limitation of Liability
Frida Fashions reserves the ultimate right of amending the terms and conditions and other rules relevant to the sales of merchandise from time to time without any prior notice. Frida Fashions may also correct any error or omission in any portion of the web-site, or impose limits on certain features and services, or restrict your access to parts or all of the web-site without notice or liability. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Frida Fashions be liable for any special or consequential damages, losses that result from any authorized courier or mail representative.
Measurements are key
When choosing a garment size, you need to know some basic body measurements (Measure Your Self Link). Knowing your measurements are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Most merchandise is handmade by folk artisans
Many of the items are handmade and quite unique. Please don't expect mass-produced sameness or request that an item be exactly as shown in every detail. The spirit of folk art lies in its uniqueness; we hope you will take as much delight in the handcrafted charm of your merchandise as we do.

All Texas State residents are charged Sales Tax of 8.75%.
Shipping and Processing
Fee charged includes processing fees. We ship worldwide to virtually any address in the world. All shipping charges are added automatically to your shopping cart for your review and confirmation. If a shipment is refused, notice Left or returned due to an error in your address, you will be charged the shipping fee again for your package to be resent. There is a $15.00 charge for address changes on packages that need to be re-routed during delivery due to an incorrect address. Please be sure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout. Allow at least 3 to 10 days for first class priority.
International Shipping and Processing
Large or over weight packages will be charged extra, if needed through PayPal. To contact us for a quote or other customer service issues email us at email@example.com.
Orders take 7-10 days to ship. We ship via 2-3 day Priority Mail Service. Shipping within the USA is charged a flat rate. If an item is on backorder, you will be notified of product status and ship date. Shipments made outside of the US may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Packages abandoned for whatever reason will not be returned to the buyer and will only be replaced at the buyer's expense.
We have no control over postal carriers, Customs, or suggested arrival times. Although the U.S. Postal Service quotes air mail arrival within 7 to 10 days, it may take as long as 9 to 21 days, depending on your country's Customs officials and postal routes. The price difference between air and ground rate only guarantees the time of arrival to the shipping country's postal system. We apologize for any inconvenience or delays caused by this process, unfortunately we have no way of controlling such delays.
At Frida Fashions we try to be conscientious of our mother, Earth. Therefore, you will not find a paper receipt included with your order. If you would like a printed receipt for your purchase, please print one out at the end of your electronic transaction.
